Elm Street Community Complete!

BIG NEWS! Habitat for Humanity’s 11-home community at Elm Street in Escondido is complete! It’s been quite a ride – we held our 25th Anniversary event on the then-empty lot in October 2013; officially broke ground in March 2014; built three of the homes from the ground up in five days during our 2014 Home Builders Blitz through partnerships with Shea Homes, Emmerson Construction, and Sempra Energy; and held our 2015 Women Build event where 300 women donned pink t-shirts, built for a day, and raised $125,000 in support of Habitat programs!

Please join us in celebration of this great accomplishment that we achieved because of you and your continued and generous support!
